KILDE A/S Hotline Support offers technical support outside normal working hours (7:30 to 15:00).

It´s possible to contact the KILDE A/S hotline even without a service agreement.

In the absence of a service agreement, we bill after our service policy.

KILDE A/S guarantees that your production is supported around the clock, 365 days a year, if you sign a service agreement. We do not guarantee support without an agreement.

With hotline support, we offer problem solving by phone and / or remote access to the equipment.

SERVICE

A service contract with KILDE A/S Automation ensures efficient operation through planned stops for preventive service and maintenance.

Machines or production lines are serviced, so that operation is ensured around the clock and malfunctions and breakdowns are prevented.

A service contract makes it possible for both parties to plan service over the year. The contract is flexible so that we can meet your wishes for a specific service date.

A service contract is without binding and costs.

- We only invoice according to actual consumption

The service contract will be prepared according to agreement.
