KILDE A/S was established by S.F. Kilde in 1970 as a machine and tool factory.
Since 1970 the company has been manufacturing custom-built machines for domestic and foreign industry.
KILDE A/S has its own production of wood processing machines and develops custom-built machines for domestic and foreign wood working industry.
The ambition for the company is - through partnership in practice - to find the optimum solution to the customer's satisfaction.
As of 31.07.2005 the company was sold by S.F. Kilde to a group of investors consisting of Spar Vest Fonden, Holdingselskabet af 15.04.1999 ApS and managing director Ejnar Damgaard Andersen.
With his considerable commitment and experience Ejnar Andersen is capable of securing the future development and strengthening of the company.
Today KILDE A/S Automation occupies 75 employees of whom 30 are engineers.
